Vibrant straw gold with flashes of green; an impressive aromatic of matchstick, hazelnut, white stone fruits, ginger, meal, oats, cashew and honey dew melon. A powerful punch of white peach and grapefruit pith slowly settles down to a long-tapered finish of mineral acids and spice infused peaches. Without question one of the most complete and complex Nantua chardonnay to grace the table. Utterly delicious, boisterous and vivacious.
